**Defective Products**
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. Proof of defect, such as photos, may be required.

**Incorrect Orders**
If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. The incorrect product must be returned in its original, unused condition.

**Refund Process**
