Job Placement Membership Agreement Introduction This agreement outlines the membership terms with Nourishment 101, LLC ("Company"). By agreeing, you ("Member") commit to a monthly subscription for access to job opportunities provided via another platform. Subscription Plan Fee: $25 monthly Services: This fee grants access to job opportunities only; no additional support is provided. Application Access: Membership must be active, and this agreement signed before applying for jobs. Payment Terms Initial Payment: First payment is due 60 days after the job application date, only if you are hired. Subsequent Payments: Billed monthly after the initial payment. Conditional Payment: Payments are only required if you secure the job. Termination of Agreement By Member: You can terminate the contract by providing proof that you were not hired or have resigned/been terminated. Acceptable proof includes an official email with the company’s logo or a two-week notice or denial based on computer requirements. Send written proof to support@nourishment101.com. By Company: Nourishment 101 may terminate this agreement for non-payment or breach of terms. Failure to Meet Payment Requirements Consequences: Non-payment will result in legal action, including being summoned to small claims court in Alabama. Legal Compliance: This agreement is governed by Alabama law, and the Company reserves the right to enforce the terms legally.
